Your account

You sign in to Mockflow with a GitHub or Google account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including activity performed through any Agent Access Key you create. Keep your keys confidential, scope them narrowly, and revoke any key you no longer need.

Your content

The diagrams, scenarios, runs, and supporting material you create in Mockflow belong to you. You grant us only the rights needed to host, display, and process that content in order to provide the service — for example storing your drafts, running your scenarios, and serving content you choose to share. If you delete content or your account, that permission ends, subject to the retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the content you create and share, and you confirm you have the rights needed to store it in Mockflow.

Acceptable use

When using Mockflow you agree not to:

• Break the law, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or bypass its access controls.
• Use another person’s account or keys without permission.
• Resell or misrepresent the service, or misuse shared links to distribute harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you a chance to export your content first.

Agent access and MCP clients

Mockflow lets you grant approved MCP clients scoped read access — and optionally guarded draft-writing access — to selected workspace material through Agent Access Keys. Anything an approved client does with a key you created is treated as done by you. Draft changes made by a client are proposals: reviewing and approving them in Mockflow remains your responsibility.

Simulations are illustrative

Runs and scenarios demonstrate designed behavior and ordering; they are not load tests, capacity guarantees, or predictions of real-world performance. Decisions you make based on Mockflow output are your own.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep Mockflow reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features. If we discontinue the service or make a change that materially reduces it, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mockflow and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or 100 US dollars if you have paid nothing.

Termination

You can stop using Mockflow and request deletion of your account at any time. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including those covering your content, liability, and disputes — continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the product or by email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Mockflow after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
